All our services (personalized songs, speeches, etc.) are delivered exclusively electronically, by email. No physical shipments are made.
The delivery time is generally 3 days from receipt of the necessary information. However, this time may vary in the event of high demand or unforeseen circumstances. MA CHANSON SUR MESURE Records undertakes to inform the Customer in the event of a delay.
To ensure prompt delivery, the Customer must provide all information requested on the order form at the time of purchase. If information is missing or provided after the deadline, the delivery time may be extended.
Once the service has been delivered, the Customer will receive a confirmation email. It is the Customer's responsibility to check that they have received this email and to report any problems within 7 days.
